  • a document certifying the necessary means of subsistence

  • the document, confirming that payment for acquisition of the immovable property was made through non-cash payments

  • documents confirming that the foreigner does not have any debts of the immovable property tax payments, if the immovable property is owned by him/her for longer than one year

  • an opinion of the immovable property appraiser regarding compliance of the market value of the immovable property with the value specified in Section 23, Paragraph one, Clause 29 of the Immigration Law, if the cadastral value of the acquired immovable property fails to comply with the provisions of Section 23, Paragraph one, Clause 29(d) of the Immigration Law
