  • an opinion of the immovable property appraiser regarding compliance of the market value of the immovable property with the value specified in Section 23, Paragraph one, Clause 29 of the Immigration Law, if the cadastral value of the acquired immovable property fails to comply with the provisions of Section 23, Paragraph one, Clause 29(d) of the Immigration Law
