  • a statement on criminal records

    a statement on criminal records issued by the competent authority of the citizenship or home country, if a foreigner stays therein for longer than 12 months (for a child older than 14);

  • consent to the child’s departure to the Republic of Latvia

    a notarially certified or signed in the presence of the official of the office or representative office permit of a parent for exit of the child to the Republic of Latvia, who does not travel together with the child. If the custody is implemented on the daily basis by a parent, with whom the child enters into the Republic of Latvia and no restrictions have been determined for change of the place of residence of the child without a consent of the other parent – a ruling of the relevant court
